You will be joining Welcoming Customer Journey Area, a newly established Copenhagen-based Area. The position is a unique opportunity to contribute to a non-traditional banking development set-up characterized by start-up culture, high pace, collaboration, flat hierarchy, and testing out new agile ways of working all with focus of delivering the best digital solutions for our customers.
As a Business Analyst, you will be the essential link between business and IT counterparts. You will be responsible for analysing and challenging business needs and requirements; aligning the business needs with the IT capabilities; business-IT translation; defining solution scope and requirements; designing the IT solution; and planning and execution of review and test activities, among others.
