The Social Media & Community Management Specialist will be managing TOP-TOY’s own social media profiles/platforms, as well as for activities and interactions with customers/communities through other online and social media channels to encourage CGC. You will be driving consumer awareness, preference, purchase, loyalty and advocacy via systematic and cost efficient social media and community management efforts that support the overall marketing activity calendar for banners/markets.
