As part of this, we want to become more self-sufficient in marketing, which involves building an Omni channel content creation team and acquiring tools & team for planning and buying media in-house.
The Creative Director will generate visual concepts and content according to internal stakeholders briefs for all TOP-TOY banners (note TOYS”R”US must be based upon existing CVI) across markets, channels and platforms. You will be direct manager of 4 great colleagues.
You will be driving consumer awareness, preference, purchase, loyalty and advocacy via inspirational, cost efficient Omni-channel concepts and content that supports the overall marketing activity calendar for banners/markets.
