Novo Nordisk A/S, Måløv
Your main responsibility will be participation in the LITMUS project, which is an EU-funded, collaborative research project aimed at identifying and defining accurate and tractable biomarkers relevant to NAFLD as well as qualifying preclinical models of NAFLD/NASH and back-translate biomarkers for validation in these models.
You will be involved in compiling existing datasets from various pre-clinical models into an integrated database. You will analyse data to establish links to phenotypic characteristics of the models. Based on standardised phenotyping and comparative biology analysis of in vivo NAFLD models, it will be determined which model(s) are the most phenotypically relevant to humans.
