Bupa Global Travel is looking for new colleagues to service our individual and corporate travel customers from all around the world
You will be part of a high performing team and will be working with claims assessment and service, which involves contact with customers, members and providers from all around the world - via phone, chat and e-mail. You will be an important part of the daily work and the world class service we provide to our customers.
You might be asked to help out in other teams if needed. Though appropriate training will of course be provided.
Your primary responsibilities
Advise and assist new and existing customers and brokers in their day-to-day questions about policies
Together with the team you will manage our portfolio of brokers and make sure that we answer our customers, brokers and providers in a timely manner.
