for leading provider of e-learning authoring tools

For our client ClickLearn in central Copenhagen, we are on the lookout for a high-energy and ambitious Account Manager to give excellent service and actively close sales of ClickLearn online products.

This role is not about hunting sales leads, but to service the people from companies all over the world who have actively shown interest in the products through mail contact, by testing the online demo version, via conventions or hearsay - and the contact should end up in an agreement to buy the product sooner or later.

Your day-to-day contact with the international sales prospects and existing customers will primarily be via mail and phone, and you see to that they all get a professional answer and follow-up - and you will document the sales process in the Clicklearn CRM system.
